Overtaking against oncoming vehicles is the major killer on the road. Sadly this is not amongst the offenses that qualify for the highest fines. The police also concentrate their energy on those who cross single or double lines on roads without vehicles, whereas their priority should be nabbing those who overtake against oncoming traffic regardless of whether or not there is a single/ double line
