What is the Lankan ministers doing? They're talking of big projects and development but can't keep their roads and backyards clean. For the slightest drizzle the roads get clogged. Who is stealing? Pun intended.

In America like in other countries all the roads are designed by Civil Engineers. But a few hours of rain the roads become flooded and even dangerous to motorists and people alike. When this happens, just like the Doctors, the Engineers deliberately keep a low profile, and the local and national politicians get the blame.

G W - Yeah, right, just blame the engineers, not the politicians. Infrastructure is falling apart, terrible traffic, 100-year old water mains are breaking, no storm drain lift stations to stop street flooding. Tax money going to welfare, support immigrants, Ukraine, etc., and no money for infrastructure upgrades. HA-HA!
