maybe it is time to contact the Dutch? We are masters in controling the water. This happens every year in Sri Lanka and nobody is thinking how to prevent the floodings? Its really time to contact some Dutch companies to do it.

Look brother, flooding is not something facing Sri Lanka only, it's a global problem. We know your country has a system of dykes which helps keep sea water from spilling onto the land. But what would you do when all rivers are swolen and spills over? Build dykes along the length of every river?
