What has happened in Sri Lanka was not only the in charge of gotabaya, but also the responsibility of all ministers and advisors of that government? Gotabaya and his wife should have gone to visit his grand child in US. and spend some time with him, then returned to Sri Lanka at the suitable time for him.

Gota's next and final stop should be the Netherlands. At the UN run State Lodge in Scheveningen they have beautiful 16m² en suite apartments with TV, computer and excellent food. English courses are also offered and all free of charge. There are daily cozy meetings and discussions with other residents. Gota, what could be better than spending the last years of your life there.

I too was initially confused by heading of this news item but later realized that GR was leaving the airport and entering Thailand. It should have been worded better anyway. And yes; Daily News could do with better journalists, men or women with a good command of the English language.

Never discuss about the future always talk about the past they only discuss either X played or y played out. We know politicians have played out, media must concentrate on how to stop it, legislation and or policies of the future governments.
