Indian High Commissioner in Sri Lanka Taranjit Singh Sandu presents copies of stamps to mark the 150th birth anniversary of late national leader of India Mahathma Gandhi to Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe. The stamps were issued today under the patronage of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
