It is true that this monk may have done his share of goodwill and charity to the people of this area for years- no doubt. What one cannot understand is, what are the Present and Ex- Politicians doing here? Politicise the event to their full benefit- a sad indictment on all of Buddhist High morals when these political crooks intervene in such a way.

It is like medieval times in Europe where Kings and Priests got together, looted peoples wealth, taxed heavily over them , suppressed their dissents and ,of course jointly praised themselves over their peoples unspeakable misery and suffering…..
