Stop Political battles and invite the ones who can do this effectively and efficiently. No point declaring Dengue control weeks or days if fundamentals are not looked at properly.

We as citizens too should take responsibility for this garbage disposal. People who have big gardens should try to recycle their kitchen waste by burying it in a pit and the boxes and paper burnt, which will leave only the plastic and glass items for garbage. People living in flats should communicate with the welfare and find solutions to their waste,. If all of us also chip in our little bit, this garbage problem can be eradicated. Think a minute.

This is a issue we manage to control sometime back with lot of awareness and effort. It is a shame that we have become indiscipline again. This garbage dumping on the road says lot about Sri Lankan's. And as citizens we all should be ashamed of the way we do things. It is very sad that as a country and a nation that should go forward is always going backwards. Wonder why the authorities responsible for this mess is in existence.
