The Nine Arch Bridge also called the Bridge in the Sky, is a viaduct bridge in Sri Lanka and one of the best examples of colonial-era railway construction in the country. The bridge was designed to accommodate a challenging nine-degree curve and steep gradient. Opened in 1921 total length: 91 m. It is a monumental colonial structure became a tourist attraction. Hope Sri Lanka Railway could maintain it well.

No country allows anybody to jay walk on rail tracks, even a police officer included. Yes, the influx of tourists and locals was great, Even greater who tried hard to to write an appropriate caption under the pix, Kudo's to DM as always but please! let's proof read the captions.

How is this idiot of a police sergeant holding his submachine gun? Aimed at a person. Completely unprofessional. It is no wonder that fatal accidents keep happening due to careless handling of firearms by police officers. This sergeant is no role model for junior police officers and should be punished. Furthermore, why do police officers still walk around with submachine guns instead of automatic pistols or revolvers? Tourists at least find this extremely unpleasant.
