These guys want to continue the same lethargic way of working. That is why they are protesting against change. People who do not want to pay taxes may be behind these protests.

Income Tax Dept officers are the biggest bribe Takers and corrupt officials from the head of the Dept to the lowest rank in most of these Asian Sub- Continent States Thats y they dint to implement IMF guidelines

Lazy buggers protesting. Go into their place of work. They just chat to each other.Keep looking at the clock to go home. Their out put is far below standards. Plenty of back hand work goes on here.
