People are keen to celebrate, and show to others. But how many of these people Meditate without showing others? One who is on the path of Meditation will strive not to do any wrong, like harming others, stealing, actions of ill will, not say any lies, divisive talk, hate talk, frivolous talk and take intoxicants. Such persons with Mindfulness Meditation will develop Mindfulness and Concentration and with Vipassana know the nature of thy mind and tame it.

All this BS is to give the international community the impression that everything is just fine in Sri Lanka. The reality is that people are literally starving.
