Its a sad state where the tax payer has to damage public property just to get basic public services. There seems to be no absolute point of having an entire ministry dedicated to public transport. People need to stand up against the corrupt and inefficent ministers in the same manner. That day doesn't seem to be far away !!!

Typical 'highly literate' Sri Lankans. Gone and damaged public property. Whereas they should be stoning the private property of the union leaders and the JOkers who are backing them.

this is not enough people should have the backbone to hurl stones at ministers-the root cause of all this rot. (and the TU heads too) don't respect the politicians anymore. they're the root cause of the misery.

Government should take immediate action against the trade union people. They are the problem makers in the country right now. They should be terminated from their employment. Mr. President and Prime Minister, please be strict.

Is it really a sin to strike when the railway workers salary is not even 1/20 of a rich person's salary. Strange that you expect a railway worker to be content with such a derisory salary. Try to manage on a railway worker's salary for a year and then, I will think your opinion is correct

what johan said is correct, catch the trade union fellow who lead the strike and r hammer him, next catch the Doctor guys, must teach them a lesson. by strike not the rich people suffer, the poor people only targeted. so must smash the the Doctor fellows house and properties.
