Long queues for PCR test

Like in Japan, why not Sri Lanka declare an emergency with no lockdowns. Just to think of it in Sri Lanka it is always an emergency seeing the way people use the public roads.

First picture : in Europe people have to keep at least 1,5 meter distance everywhere. Certainly when you get a PCR test

OMG This is not PCR test. This is “Lateral Flow Test” or in other words “Rapid Antigen Test”
