Get rid of the peg/fix on the dollar, and the persons who would otherwise wait until 2024 to send back dollars will do it sooner. IMF saw the fix/peg as corruption, and wanted it released. There is a lot of exchange malpractice happening here for decades too, which IMF should've spoken about, but seems they too are rather short-sighted.
