Evangeline Elchmanar, who was the first woman of color to win the prestigious 'Miss International UK' title, held a media briefing at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conferance Hall (MBICH) today to join hands with Sri Lanka Tourism and made her contribution to promoting Sri Lanka in the UK.
