The irony is that, there are request after request for ministers super luxury vehicles and never a request to upgrade public transport services like the railway. we the voters never learn and the ministers will never stop abusing power, that's the sad reality of our country....

Englishman started London Underground rail network in 1863 (154 years ago) and they build Ceylon surface rail roads in 1858.(159 years ago)...still we can't maintain them.... what a shame.!!!

Another example for state run inefficient transport system. 50:50 privatization required if these are to make efficient and profitable.
