Why don't we scrap police department altogether and ask.millitary to.enforce law like the way they did at the cricket stadium ticket counter

Policeman cannot solicit bribes. But these forces cops should not favour forces vehicles who drives as maniacs on our roads. Specially the escorts of Commanders whilst the President goes without getting noticed and without being inconvenience to the general public.
