No worries .. People have voted and are waiting for results. It shows clearly AKD has won it. No worries let us celebrate it with all who voted for AKD and who have not voted for him. So, do not worry peace and calm will prevail. Sri Lankan people are clever enough to run their country. NPP has a good and dynamic team and they know the arts of politics well. No panic at all. Let people have their normal day to day life. Now it is all over. AKD has won it. it is just formal to do a recount as law demands it. No believe any rumours at all. We all 22 million Lankans must act, talk and behave wisely. many forces or countries. outside of our country are waiting to catch in a trouble water. So, be wise and do not let any other nationals speak about our election negatively at all. We have enough good people to run our election professionally. whatever differences we have let us have within ourselves. do not let any country interfere in our politics

Most of these random photos shows how tough the life for ordinary people of Sri Lanka, very sad. On the other hand our politicians are having luxury life even better than the rich in developed countries, and they have massive wealth accumulated. What a difference, no one have worked to address this. Let us hope new President will look into improving the living standards of working class and will eliminate corruption.

These pictures show emptiness and poverty in our country which prevailed for so many years due to the self serving politicians. It’s time to change the concept of our beloved nation. Let’s get together and do the hard work to achieve our goals.
