Looking at the photos, my conclusion is that Sri Lanka has no process or procedures. It is all haphazard even in a national calamity. Sad.

From 20th to 26th, there was ample time to create and implement a process for supplying essential food/ medical items to people rather than asking to cultivate Bathala. But no such activity taken place to date. Enforcement of curfew in this nature will be worse than normal working life.
