A postal vote must take place as follows: EVERYONE who has applied for a postal vote receives their voting documents by letter sent to their address registered in the electoral register. The ballot paper is then marked privately. This is put in an anonymous envelope which is put in a different coloured envelope together with the voting card, addressed to the office of the Election Commissioner, and sent by post. There, the outer envelope is opened and the voting card is compared with the electoral register. The anonymous envelope is put unopened into the ballot box. These envelopes are then opened on election day and the votes are counted. This election, shown here, has nothing to do with a postal vote and is quite questionable as the secrecy of the ballot is not observed here. E.g., everyone can see who is voting and who is not. Furthermore, as is common in Europe, anyone should cast their vote at any polling station across the country by presenting their voting card and ID card.

You are right. To be honest, I don't understand what I am looking at in these pictures. It looks very chaotic to me. Who is voting here exactly?
