Legal representation is a right that is for everybody. You cannot pick and choose, 'who should' and 'who should not' receive legal representation. It is wrong and immoral for a human society to deny such, as the right to a fair trial, is enshrined in human rights charters and laws. Even murderers have human rights. Who ever suggests violations of human rights is not only short sighted on knowledge, but is asking society to step back into a draconian era, of suppression and return to tyrannical values.
