Do we have spare land without human living close by at least in 5km radius ,in western province ? I doubt that specially in Colombo suburb . people has to reduce their dumping and be responsible rather than giving the total burden to the government.

You think you can buy highly complex engineering site from ARPICO SUPER CENTRE when you want? You need to plan beforehand! The stupid government does not plan to manage waste, wait until there is a problem then award a contract to construct waste incinerators not realizing it takes 4 years to bring this facility online!
