We should ask the Indian Finance minister to fund this allowance citing that Bangladesh is giving us free medicines and India should do something similar

We all understand that everyone needs a salary hike or some kind of relief. But if someone comes up with this political advantage in mind, they must remember that Rajapaksa rule has bankrupted this country and we are struggling to revive it. Don’t mess up our path to recovery now. No one accepted the president post that Gota offered until RW took over. You all have forgotten the past now. What kind of ungrateful nation are we?
