Comments - Protest demanding to reduce cost of living...

Protests are ineffective in a poor country as fuel prices are fixed by overseas suppliers. Wage increases are imminent to sustain the cost of living. Consuming less fuel, electricity, water, bus and taxi rides, is an alternative. Sri Lankans love to splash out . The only way out is tighten your belts.
