We need to privatized those loss making institutions and then government can spend more money on higher education and health sector. Thats what we need, not protect all other government institutions.

Fine if they want state owned institutions to continue cut back on their benefits and use the money to improve the education sector. What are the benefits citizens get from these institutions except frustration and waste of their time.

Sri Lankan airlines comes to mind... but they still want government control.. These people/clergy may not have slightest idea about improving efficiency / productivity
