Look at all the glamour at this event! Yet the government is saying country is in an economic crisis. This event could have been downsized and the access funds used to support the needy in medical and groceries. This should be also done for all future events until the economy is better. It would have been more meaningful and both sides would have benefited. That’s my opinion!

A great actor and gentleman, the only one who managed to appear in international western films. He was a member of parliament for the UNP for one term but then withdrew from politics because he was forced to work with too many crooks. I had the great honour of meeting him on a film set.
