Roads flooded in Colombo

Mangala samaraweera, Gotta, Champika all are famous for Moden Colombo Planners. but Colombo cant survive atleast two days heavy raining. Good credits go to them but faultures go to Officers at the times.

When rain comes all the roads get blocked in colombo and other areas, the responsible ministers don't even look and find a solution for this rain blocked or flooded. They are always blind unless we point out to solve this matter.
