Well, it's quite interesting that the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Institution of Taxation both have boards without a single woman. It's time for the government to step in and encourage some gender balance in these organizations. Let's make sure everyone gets a fair shot at these important roles!
