Already we are without 24 hours of electricity. If more solar connected there will be more disruption when there is rain, cloud cover, and even evening and night times. Other country have massive batteries, the solar loonies here only look at their advantage, never seeing the terrible curse solar power without batteries really is. The battery costs are usually 3 times higher than panel costs, so our country cannot do that until we are rich.
