“Shilpa Abhimani - 2016” the apex event of the National Crafts Council (NCC) which showcases the collective and creative conscience of our traditional and contemporary handicrafts will be held for three days. Exhibition commenced yesterday at the “Nugasewana” Hall in BMICH in collaboration with “SAARC” Handicrafts Exhibition.
