this is our NHSL roof top helipad. SLAF was equiped with dedicated helicopter with all equipments and trained personel to do a MEDIVAC. congratulation for Wg Cdr Padmaperuma and crew for good job done.

Why is this even news? This type of 'medivac' evacuation happens every day in advanced countries, all hospitals have roof top helipads for easy access.
