I apologise for my lack of knowledge regarding the developments occurring in Sri Lanka. I am curious to know whether this exhibition aims to showcase and highlight the scientific innovations and technical skills of Sri Lankan inventors and entrepreneurs, or if it primarily features technology that is accessible for purchase by Sri Lankans, despite their financial constraints.

Most probably the latter. The experts are in others countries and not in Sri :Lanka. What we have here is sale techs who are trained on how these system runs in order to sell them. The 100 year old higher education system has failed to establish a knowledge based economy in SL or produce technology experts of local origin who come with inventions

You probably doesn't know this. Universities update their syllables and proceses yearly based on the international standards. These people are not idiots.

Little bit of both. But it only showcase very minimal amount of stuff. There are so many great things done in engineering and science sectors which doesn't really showcased here. For example there are companies in Sri Lanka that provides technology and services to NATO forces.
