Wondering how many of these tuktuk's have a direction light turned on while not going left or right. And wondering how many of these threewheelers did not officially pass the emission testing. Wondering how many of them have a meter but "sorry sir, not working".

should ban these tuks inside colombo city. a nuisance they are. look at these buggers, like virus they have flocked up in the road..
