Small Protest Have No Effect These Days Monday, 13 May 2024 04:05 PM
All these small time protests would NOT get any results. Can anyone show evidence in previous small protests it resulted in any action to benefit the protestors? Just wasting resources and time.

What this wretched government should bear in mind is that the day is not far away, when the hunters will become the hunted.

Most universities are over-staffed when it comes to non- academics. Most of them have been put there by politicians. A labourer gets a higher salary than a graduate teacher! Lab staff do practically nothing! Those who have been to foreign universities know!

People who are recruited to spend state funds which brings in no revenue but to educate a equally stupid bunch of free Ed’s. Waste of tax money! These state university staffs, don’t waste water, water is precious. These guys won’t know the value of water because for them it’s probably free as well!

Nothing is ever peaceful. Everything is a protest, a fight, an obstruction or some kind of chaotic event. Sri Lanka government needs to get its act together and listen to the needs of the voting public.

This is the best order this unelected refused man can do while people are struggling with water! This should turn towards the Pimpi house!

From their end it is fair, but nobody talks how unfair it is from the student's side.
They are back to online lectures, which is not effective. Their laboratory sessions are paused, literally their whole future is dragged backwards from every second and day.
I think everybody should be selfless, think and work or take actions as real social citizens, for the betterment of the future of the country.
