Why vaccinate healthy young people first? First vaccinate the health care personel and vulnerable people

Totally agree. In Sri Lanka the vulnerable are the senior citizens and they are not vaccinated. This is what happens when we elect unsuitable and uneducated people to high office. We should see that we not not make these mistakes in the future.

An example of a failed state. There are funds to construct 100.000 km of roads, bridges and culverts. There are no funds to import vaccine for the total population. They were banking on free vaccine for 20% of the population from the WHO. The WHO does not have funds for such distribution and now Sri Lanka is force to buy the vaccine.
