THE PARENTS MAKE MANY SACRIFICES TO SEND THEM TO UNIVERSITY. STUDENTS THEMSELVES UNDERGO MANY HARDSHIPS AND WITH THE GREATEST DIFFICULTY GET SELECTED, AND AFTER THAT THEY SHOULD NOT WASTE THEIR TIME ON THE STREETS OR RAGGING INHUMAMNLY THE FELLOW STUDENTS.GOVT MUST BE FIRM ON THEM
