Video: Thewarapperuma on top of vehicle
Internal Affairs, Wayamba Development and Cultural Affairs Deputy Minister Palitha Thewarapperuma climbed the roof of his vehicle when Sabaragamuwa University students staged a protest at its main gate opposing his participation at the opening of a cultural centre in the University.
