Has anyone noticed all the bottles of alchol in the cabinet. Why would you want to have them at place of work is beyond me.

That is normal. Look at Western leaders offices and you will see Alcohol bottles on the table. It does not mean that they are drunk as they do not drink like our guys who want to finish the bottle as soon as it is opened.
