Can’t comprehend this whole scenario! One moment all are against each other and now a “drama” is unfolded. It shows they are part of wider gang broken up into sections. Each section will criticise and throw tantrums at each other but are actually united. Many are suggesting SF to run the Defence and Law portfolios but how’s he gonna to achieve anything by rubbing shoulders with the others the citizens so despise with? Conclusion is not to vote for him in the coming elections as he will create endless dramas instead of moving forward the country to improve the living standards of the people. This goes to all other current and previous so called politicians not to be voted into parliament this coming elections as the country urgently needs younger professionals to run it like a private company maximising income and developments and giving good returns / results to the citizens.

Sarath Fonseka has earned incomparable services for his motherland through his military genius and successes!!! These are undisputed and recognized nationwide!!! His political development and above all his party political activities are assessed and judged very differently! After initially presenting himself as an independent presidential candidate, a few days ago there were rumors of a political affinity and closeness to Ranil Wickremesinghe!!! Now his "war history" book is being presented to a select public in the presence of the president! The photos show a relaxed and familiar interaction between two extremely different characters who in the past had more political differences than common ground!!! Fonseka should think very carefully about whether he can enter into any kind of cooperation with Wickremesinghe, who is rejected by the majority of the people! He and his political ambitions could fail and seriously damage his reputation!!!

The voters should not be fooled by these political re-alignments in an election year eyeing powerful ministerial positions after getting elected to Parliament thru the SJB, his new-found friend lacks political base as he was uprooted at the last election and as his days in the political stage are numbered, his only hope would be to capture the elephant party as a last resort.

Fonseka should remember that even brilliant generals can fail, especially in an area where conventional military strategies and weapons are not suitable!!! Even Fonseka is not immune to the myth of invincibility when he makes pacts with politicians who have deceived the people and rejected their very legitimate demands for equality and justice!!!

RW, Sajith and JVP tried to make SF the president of the country in 2010. Imagine the situation if SF won. Thank god it was MR who won in 2010. If MR won in 2015 instead of that joker Sirisena, we would not be facing the current problems.
