The natural habitat of this majestic beast is gradually been taken over by man and eventually the elephant population in the country will be totally wiped out. One day I was watching a world cup cricket match on TV being played at Hambantota and saw some elephants wondering around bewildered what was going on.

Avoidable catastrophes....sheer negligence..!!! As usual no one would be responsible for this majestic animals lives.. Besides who cares an elephant where you do not have a valve for a human as at now .!!!

CEB officials responsible should be charged for act of negligence. Only after this incident it will be corrected. If somebody complains before, they will have so many excuses. They have no value of life whether its an animal or human.
