should be distributed to the farmers in the north for free and win the people's hearts importantly. The cost to repair them seems already too dear for them anyway and for the government to earn from people's items is not ethical.

Check out the items that are serviceable and sell them to interested parties and sell the rest to a junk metal dealer to be exported as junk metal. The government could make some money. Keep a few items , housed in a war museum to show future generations of Tamis the futility of armed conflict & war.
