Have they done a proper job or is it like purchasing cheap petrol????
Cannot rely on CPC any more.

If they done the proper Job, whole lenght from Port to Kollonnawa tank farm has to be replaced. That line way laid by sudda's and already have hundreds wooden pegs on the holes.
