A painting is seen in a newly discovered tomb near the Giza pyramids October 19, 2010. The tomb dates back to the Fifth Dynasty of 2,514 to 2,374 B.C. and belonged to the priest Rwd-ka who conducted prayer rituals before statues of a departed pharaoh. RETUERS

Work must have done by the same artists who did the Sigiria frescos. After finishing the work at Sigiria they must have taken
a new "contract " in Giza / Egypt & later took asylum there.

People talk nonsense by comparing these to the Sigiriya frescos
There is approximately over a 3000 year old gap between the two. These paintings in Egypt were done in 2500 BC and the sigiriya frescoes were done in 495 AD. Thats a time span of over 3000 years, so there is no connection between the two.

sunilp - How could that be? These frescoes in Egypt were done over 4500 years ago in 2500 BC, where as Sigiriya frescos were done around 480AD a mere 1530 year ago, the difference of about 3000 years between to two.
