The crew seem genuinely interested which says the state of mind. Good on you SriLankan keep it up. This will inspire a lot of kids to work hard. Let this be a lesson to other organizations in Sri Lanka to be a bit more socially responsible specially to the younger generation regardless of ethnicity or rave. This is one way to stop wars from happening in future.
