The Civil Defence Force (CDF) today hand over 20 tractors and six land master tractors to the Civil Defence Force members, who gained a profit of about 40 million, from various agricultural endeavours. Army Commander Lt. General Jagath Jayasuriya and the Director General of the Sri Lanka Civil Defence Force Rear Admiral Ananda Peiris participated in the programme and was also chief guest at the ceremony, which was held at the Galle Face Green.
