he's not chained.. no handcuffs.. not a single guard is holding him.. thats the respect given to him.. respect given to a true hero who is jailed for nothing.. they know that he's not going to try to escape in anyway coz he is a person who respects the law.. hats off to the police and the prison officials for respecting the hero of our time....
