A flag hoisting ceremony was held this morning at the Shree Vishnu Kovil in Chilaw. The ceremony inaugurated festivities of the Kovil which will last nine days. Pictured here are devotees of the Kovil at the ceremony. Pix by Hiran Priyankara Jayasinghe
