Says who. There' s all permission to translate to any language. It is only in prayers that it should be in Arabic. I found Sinhalese translated Islamic books in Makkah Al Bait Towers shops.

Chinese and Hindi already available. In Sinhalese also available prior to this translation. Good job, all religions teachings should be accessible for comparative studies.
