Sri Lankan Civil Defence Force (CDF) Para Military Unit engaged in a Horticulture programme in the North-Central region of Kebithigollewa today. It was established to assist security forces during the height of the government's war against Tamil rebels. See the number watching while one man seems to work. What is the coat of a papaya and a kilo of chillies. Just decommission this had paid uniformed labour force.
