The India-Sri Lanka Foundation and the Bandaranaike Center for International Studies (BCIS) organized a lecture on the topic, “India and Sri Lanka and the Asian Resurgence.” The lecture was delivered by Former Foreign Secretary Ambassador Shyam Saran.
