He may be king but no other country othern than a third world country like ours will roll out the red carpet for him if he is dressed like this. There is a strict dress code in civil society. Even our veddahs are better dressed.

In the late eighties, in one of the popular tele dramas, the protagonist says that "if a man wants to be a King, it is not enough only to have a following but it is also necessary to have a harem" A real King indeed who would be an inspiration to others who aspire to be Kings!
